Refund policy

90-Day Risk-Free Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

You can return your item even if it has been used and even if you no longer have the original packaging (preferably keep the original packaging for our convenience!)

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first, as it may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom items such as personalized orders, and certain personal care products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift cards are not returnable.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
